FAQ

What kind of food do you have?

We offer a variety of meals to satisfy every appetite: dinners, salads, soups, sandwiches, breakfast items and desserts.  We have “family favorites” as well as internationally inspired dishes.  We strive to prepare meals based on the season and what’s available locally.  We also offer gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb and vegetarian dishes.

How large are your portions?

A “regular” dinner entrée will feed a hungry adult.  Smaller portions are available for seniors, children or smaller appetites.

What’s on the Menu?

We offer weekly specials (usually 4-5 new entrees plus a new soup and/or salad entrée).  We always have a large choice of regular menu items, such as grilled chicken breast, steak or salmon, salads, breakfast items and desserts.  The specials reflect seasonal availability and international influences.

When should I order?

The new menu posts every Monday morning and closes on Sunday at 9 pm PST.  You can order any time Monday through Sunday.

Why can’t I order on Sunday?

Each week features a new menu. We won’t know the items or quantities to make until all the orders are in.  Monday is the day we begin preparing the menu. We make only the amount of meals that have been ordered that week.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, there is a $50 minimum order for meals, not including tax and delivery.

Are the meals ready to eat?

All menu items are ready to eat.  Those that require heating include heating instructions.

What if I have allergies or food restrictions?

Common food allergens are listed on each item’s label as well as items that are gluten or dairy free.  Please note that all menu items are prepared in the same kitchen as items containing gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, etc.

A summary of nutritional content is listed for each menu item (Calories, Protein, Sodium, Carbohydrate, Sugars and Fats), so you can select those meals that conform to your diet.

What if don’t like certain foods?

If you don’t like certain foods (like eggplant or broccoli) you can leave a note to the chef with your order.  We will do our best to fulfill your wishes if at all possible.

Can I call in an order?

Sorry, all ordering is done online.

Can I pay by check?

Only established customers can pay COD by check, and only with prior permission.  All others must pay online with a credit or debit card.

Where are the meals prepared?
